I'm reliving a video that I saw two years ago. This mod takes an old school NES controller and makes it so that you can load games off of it. It's quite handy and would make for a fun project. I've always meant to do this one myself, but never got around to it, maybe one day... Anyway, here's a working demo, hope you all enjoy it:
That's pretty cool, but have you ever heard of emulators?
ReplyDeletePersonally since I don't have anything cool like that I just use them for computer gaming.
Oh yes, that's whats great about this controller, it's homemade and loads an emulator so that you can play all these games!
ReplyDeleteLove the video man! How did he hook up the controller?
ReplyDeleteThrough USB, supposedly you can buy USB controller boards pretty cheap somewhere online
ReplyDeleteNow that's retro!
ReplyDeletethats awesome, following.
ReplyDeleteSo it's essentially a USB controller/flash drive in one? That's pretty fucking awesome.
ReplyDeleteI was using emulator along with my PC-controller and it worked fine.
ReplyDeleteBut this seems to be really cool old-school shit
